What light sources do you know? Give examples.

Light sources can be divided, depending on the temperature of the source, into two classes: thermal and cold. Thermal light sources are, for example, the sun, stars, a candle flame, the filament of an electric bulb. Light sources whose temperatures differ little from room temperature are called cold. Examples of such sources can be lightning, gas discharge tubes, LEDs.
