The best material for making clothes is natural fabrics. However, recently, artificial materials have been increasingly used: kapron, nylon, sintepon, lavsan, dacron. In many respects, these synthetic materials are superior to natural ones, but they also have major disadvantages: they do not absorb moisture from the skin surface well, accumulate static electricity (its level can reach significant levels), and during the aging process they can release substances that cause skin irritation and allergic reactions.
The best for the summer are hats made of light, light and low heat conductive materials with increased air permeability. For cold time, hats made of natural fur are optimal.
Shoes are preferable made of genuine leather: they are not afraid of moisture, retain heat well and provide ventilation of the foot.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
