Outer Spain covers South America (except Brazil and Guiana), Mexico and Central America, the Philippines. Outer Portugal is Brazil and part of Guiana, Angola and Mozambique in Africa. Outer England is almost all of North America, New Zealand, Australia, part of New Guinea and half of Africa (sub-Saharan Africa). Outer France is the northwestern third of Africa (including the Sahara), Zaire and Congo, part of Canada (Quebec). Outer Holland is the Republic of South Africa, part of Guiana and several West Indies islands. There is no external Germany: it was formed late and disappeared early (after the First World War). Outer India is Indonesia, almost all of Indochina (except North Vietnam) and Tibet. Outer China is Korea, Japan, North Vietnam. These are the results of colonial expansion in different centuries.
