What offenses should be the heaviest responsibility?

For crimes, criminal penalties are applied – the most severe measures of state coercion, significantly limiting the legal status of a person found guilty of committing a crime (imprisonment or restriction of freedom, long periods of correctional labor or deprivation of any special rights, large fines, etc.).
For especially grave crimes, encroaching on life, an exceptional measure of punishment is applied – the death penalty.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
