What state of the atom is called: a) basic; b) excited?

An electron in an atom can be infinitely located only at a stationary level with a minimum energy, i.e. at the level corresponding to n = 1. This state of the atom is called the ground or normal state. All other stationary states are called excited.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
