What systems of bodies are called oscillatory? Under what conditions can vibrations occur in them?

A system of bodies that is capable of free vibrations is called an oscillatory system. Properties of the system:
-the presence of a state of stable equilibrium;
-the presence of an internal force that returns the system to a state of equilibrium;
-the presence of inertia, due to which it does not remain in a state of equilibrium;
– low friction.
