International legal regulation is imperious in nature. Its source is the sovereign power of states. At all its stages, it is associated with the state apparatus, the activity of which determines the degree of implementation of international legal norms. This process involves all branches of government – legislative, executive, judicial. The role of the legislative and judicial authorities is noticeably strengthening. However, in general, the main role remains with the executive branch.
