What types of hydrodynamic accidents do you know?

A hydrodynamic accident is an accident at a hydrodynamically hazardous facility, as a result of which catastrophic flooding can occur.
The main types of hydrodynamic accidents:
• breakthroughs of dams (dams, locks, lintels) with the formation of breakthrough waves, leading to catastrophic flooding;
• breakthroughs of dams (dams, locks, lintels), leading to a flash flood;
• breakthroughs of dams (dams, locks, lintels), leading to the erosion of fertile soils or sediment deposition in large areas.
