A developed civil society is the most important prerequisite for building the rule of law. Civil society acts as a filter of society’s demands and support for the political system. It is a collection. independent public organizations and associations that distance themselves from government and commercial structures and function in accordance with their goals and objectives for the sake of realizing public interests, which include: protection, private spheres of people’s lives; restraining political power from absolute domination by monitoring compliance with the constitutional principles of the rule of law and the separation of powers; stabilization of social relations and processes, ensuring a balance between the state and commercial spheres of society; protection and promotion of public interests; constant peaceful struggle for the implementation of the constitutional principle of the rule of law.
