What were the contradictions between the Entente countries at the Paris Conference?

| The Paris Conference in 1919 was convened in order to decide the further order of the world. The Entente countries agreed that they should not diplomatically recognize the Bolshevik power in Russia. But they had a lot of controversy regarding colonies and indemnities – England wanted to expand its possessions at the expense of the defeated, the territories of Germany and the Ottoman Empire. But other Entente countries also claimed new lands. The post-war world was divided among the advanced countries; USA, France and Great Britain.
