The tasks of democratizing the state system in Austria had their own specifics. Unlike France, democratization did not mean expanding political rights, but introducing them. The social problem did not mean the worker, but the peasant question (the elimination of feudal dependence). The national movement did not unite the state, as in Germany, but led to the isolation of its individual parts.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
