What would happen to England if Henry VII Tudor, after his victory in 1485, declared a policy of isolation, like the Tokugawa in Japan?

| This question is meaningless: there was no trade isolation from China, Korea, Indochina under the Tokugawa. And if Tokugawa or Henry VII tried to ban sea trade, they would be immediately overthrown by other feudal lords with the support of merchants.
