When did the names China, Beijing, Nanjing appear? What languages did they come from and what did they mean?

All three names originated in the 10th century from the language of the conquest of the Lei-Khitan. Beijing and Nanjing (Beijing and Nanjing) mean “Northern Capital” and “Southern Capital”.
