Where is it more interesting to live – where there are all four seasons, or where there is eternal summer or winter?

In the conditions of eternal summer / winter, living conditions are harsher. An example of eternal summer is drought in Africa, an example of winter is the Arctic. It is more interesting and comfortable to live in a changing season
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
