Where is the solar system located in the galaxy?

The solar system is located at a distance of 10 kpc (according to new data 8.5 kpc) from the center of the Galaxy, at an altitude of 20 pc from its plane, between the spiral arms of Perseus and Sagittarius. The sun moves slowly in the direction of the Perseus arm.
