Which planets have synodic periods equal to or close to the Earth year?

| The lower planet would have a synodic period of one year if its sidereal period was 0.5 years. There is no such planet.
A synodic period close to one year may also have a distant upper planet. For example, synodic periods:
Jupiter – 399d, Saturn – 378d, Uranus – 370d, Neptune – 368d, Pluto – 367d.
