| Which satellite has the most reflective surface? Which satellite is the darkest? Which satellite has drastically different reflectivity of the two hemispheres?
The moon of Saturn, Enceladus, has the highest reflectivity, close to unity, like that of freshly fallen snow. The reflectivity of the satellite Uranus 1985 U1 is less than that of soot – only 2-3%. One hemisphere of Saturn’s moon Iapetus reflects only 4% of the light incident on it, and the other – 28%.
