Who in Athens could propose to pass a law? Where and how did this happen?

Any citizen could speak in the People’s Assembly with a proposal for a new law. This proposal was discussed by the Council of Five Hundred, and then a vote took place at the People’s Assembly.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
