Why are many craters found on Venus, but few on Earth?

The surfaces of Mercury, Mars, Venus are covered with a large number of craters, mostly of impact origin. The surface of the Earth was also covered with craters, but due to powerful water and wind erosion, the presence of vegetation, most of the craters were eroded or covered with soil.
