Why can’t root hair be considered tissue?

1) Root hair is an outgrowth of a cell of the integumentary root tissue (epiblema) located in the absorption zone.
2) Tissue is a group of cells that have a common origin, and perform one or more functions in the plant body.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
