Why can’t you burn last year’s grass and plant litter in the spring?

1) Fire can occur, many insects and invertebrates die, plant seeds, laying of land-nesting birds are destroyed, shoots of young plants are damaged, their growth slows down.
2) Soil erosion is increasing.
