Why did biological evolution follow chemical evolution and not vice versa?

The development of living things occurs according to the gradual complication of the transformations of chemicals, respectively. The more progressive a creature is, the more complex its organism will be and the more difficult chemical reactions will be.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
