Why did Cardinal Mazarin not organize a pan-European intervention in England to help Charles I in 1646-1648?

Mazarin and many of the rulers of Europe until 1648 were swallowed up by the Thirty Years’ War. After its completion, the English Republic, led by Cromwell, seemed (and was) the only obvious political force in England; it was possible to negotiate with her, but to fight was expensive and risky.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
