Why did the Austrian Empire manage to maintain its unity even during the revolutionary movement?

The revolution in the Austrian Empire was defeated. (The attempt in 1848-1849 to unite Italy in a revolutionary way also ended in failure.) But, as in Germany, it led to a certain strengthening of the capitalist structure through the implementation of moderate reforms.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
