Until 1415, there had not been a single national liberation revolution in Europe, and no one could believe in its possibility. The clergy viewed the teachings of Hus as another heresy, which they had already suppressed a lot by force (such as, for example, the heresy of the Albigensians in France).
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
