Why did the first European revolution of the Middle Ages take place in the German Empire, and not in England, not in France or in Spain?

| Revolutions usually take place where the sharpest contradictions are between economic progress (industrial development in cities, the transition to commercial agriculture) and backward social relations (abundance of feudal duties, etc.).
