Why did the Reformation pass quickly and without bloodshed in Sweden, while there was a bloody civil war in Switzerland?

Sweden is the outskirts of Europe; there the Reformation solved one narrow problem – the isolation of the Swedish people from the spiritual authority of Rome. On the contrary, Switzerland lies in the center of Europe, and there reflected (in a weakened form) all the contradictions that had accumulated in the national churches of France and Germany, as well as between different Swiss cantons.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
