Why do underwater plants droop and crumple and not hold their shape when removed from the water?

Underwater plants – algae – do not have the mechanical tissues that both give and support the shape of terrestrial plants. And algae support the water column and bubble-like outgrowths filled with air.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
