Why does bovine tapeworm produce more eggs than dairy planaria?

Bovine tapeworm (tapeworm) is a parasite and in order for at least some part of the eggs to survive, it produces a large number of them. Moreover, this is one of the adaptations to parasitism. Milk (white) planaria is a free-living organism.
