Why is it necessary to constantly synthesize new organic substances in the cells of the human body?

1) organic substances have a complex structure and are constantly split in the process of metabolism;
2) organic substances are sources of food and energy that are necessary for the life of the body, as well as building material of the body;
3) foreign organic substances enter the human body, and from them, after biochemical transformations, the body’s own substances are synthesized – proteins, fats, carbohydrates.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
