Why is the ecological population often called local?

Because this is a polypopulation isolated within certain boundaries of the area, or rather, a set of elementary populations confined to specific biogeocenoses, that is, to a specific place – therefore it is called local.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
