Students miss physical education classes, many boys and girls smoke already from the seventh grade, every year more and more children are engaged in a specialized medical group, and those who are in good health and love sports are involved in sports sections. That is why the question of the formation in adolescents of a value-based attitude to their health, the health of those around him, obtaining the necessary knowledge about a healthy lifestyle, the desire to lead a healthy lifestyle and cultivating a negative attitude to bad habits is not only relevant, but also one of the most important for the younger generation.
The optimal organization of the day regimen for schoolchildren of all ages requires a mandatory stay in the fresh air for 1.5-2 hours. It is time for relaxing walks or sports games and other physical exercises. They should be carried out immediately after school, in order to restore working capacity – mental activity for homework. Movement rest has a positive effect if it lasts no more than 1-1.5 hours. When this time is exceeded and with intense physical exertion, fatigue occurs and the subsequent performance of the body drops sharply. Long walks, sports (soccer, volleyball), classes in sports sections do not remove fatigue, and therefore homework will require much more effort.
