Why is the employer limited in the application of disciplinary sanctions to the employee?

A disciplinary misconduct is a failure to perform or improper performance by an employee through his fault of the labor duties assigned to him. This is a guilty unlawful act that can be committed in the form of action or inaction.
For committing a disciplinary offense, the employer has the right to apply the following disciplinary sanctions:
• remark;
• reprimand;
• dismissal on appropriate grounds.
In contrast to the list of remuneration, the list of disciplinary sanctions is closed (final), the employer has the right to apply to the guilty employee only the measures provided by law.
