Why only in Kazakhstan the urban population prevails over the rural?

There are several reasons for this:
Industry is quite developed in Kazakhstan.
Historically, in the 20th century a large number of Russian people were brought here, who are more used to living in cities, naturally they settled them.
Many defense enterprises were brought here, which formed entire workers’ villages around themselves, which created small cities.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
