Why, within the framework of the empire, the first revolution took place in the Czech Republic, and not in Germany itself?

In Germany, national homogeneity “postponed” the revolution until the 16th century. In the Czech Republic, the contradictions between the Germans and the Czechs caused the explosion earlier.
