Give examples of galaxies that can be seen with the naked eye from the Earth’s equator.

From the equator of the Earth, with the right timing, you can observe any point in the celestial sphere. Therefore, the task is reduced to listing all galaxies visible to the naked eye from Earth. These are primarily the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds, as well as the Andromeda Nebula (M31). However, the list does not end there. As reported in the Stargazer for 1997 (# 10), the Triangle Nebula (M33), the galaxies M81 (Ursa Major) and M83 (Hydra) were observed with the naked eye under particularly favorable conditions. And finally, we shouldn’t forget about our Galaxy, which we also see, though from the inside, like the Milky Way passing through the entire sky.
