How are religion and the development of knowledge and art connected in the ancient Egyptian civilization?

people believed that the gods gave them knowledge. The Egyptians especially revered the god of wisdom Thoth. Thoth was a scribe of the gods and taught people to write, count, and various knowledge. Osiris taught people to grow wheat and barley, build houses, smelt ore, make dishes. Temples were erected in honor of the gods and pharaohs. Inside the temple there were spacious courtyards with statues of gods with high tapering upward (usually four-sided) cameo pillars – obelisks.
The priests made astronomical observations and even created a calendar.
This was necessary for the celebration of religious holidays.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
