| According to Chargaff’s Rule, the number of nucleotides in double-stranded DNA is calculated by the formula: (A + T) + (G + C) = 100%, while, according to the principle of complementarity, A = T; G = C
If it is known that A = 18%, then C = (100% – (18% + 18%)) / 2 = 32%
