Name at least three features (adaptations) of animal-gatherers

An animal is a collector – an organism that searches for and eats relatively small food objects that are not able to run away and resist. For example, a ladybug, anteater, chicken.
1. Devices for “collecting” – a narrow beak in birds, a narrow muzzle, a long tongue.
2. Powerful limbs with blunt claws for raking soil.
3. Good sense of smell.
4. Adaptations can be aimed at hiding from one’s own enemies: protective color or body shape, in combination with appropriate adaptive behavior. And there may be protective ones – poison in the integument, warning coloration, needles, etc.
