The speed of photosynthesis depends on factors, among which light, carbon dioxide concentration, water, temperature are distinguished. Why are these factors limiting for photosynthesis reactions?
1) Light is an energy source for light reactions of photosynthesis; with its lack, the intensity of photosynthesis decreases;
2) CO2 and H2O – the main components of the synthesis reactions of glucose (carbohydrates); with their lack, the intensity of photosynthesis decreases.
3) all photosynthesis reactions are carried out with the participation of enzymes, the activity of which depends on temperature.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
