What are the functions of different types of RNA? Where are they synthesized?

1) all types of RNA (i-RNA, t-RNA, r-RNA) are synthesized in the nucleus on DNA;
2) i-RNA transfers information about the protein structure from DNA to the ribosome – the place of protein “assembly”, t-RNAs transfer amino acids to the ribosome, r-RNA is part of the ribosome.
