What planet could be called the Ocean planet?

Most of the Earth’s surface is occupied by the World Ocean, so it would be more logical to call our planet the Ocean, not the Earth. J. Cellis, one of the participants in the discovery of Neptune, proposed to name this planet – Ocean. However, the name proposed by Le Verrier stuck.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
