What would be more accessible – to observe the surface of the Earth from Mars or the surface of Mars from the Earth?

| The surface of Mars is more accessible for observation. First, unlike the Earth’s surface, it is rarely hidden by clouds and small solid particles that rise above the Martian surface when dust storms occur. Secondly, at the minimum distance from the Earth, Mars is in opposition and the whole hemisphere of the planet is visible from the Earth. For an observer on Mars, the Earth looks like a narrow crescent at the same distance, since it is close to conjunction with the Sun.
