Why is it harmful to walk in high heels at an early age, carry heavy weights, spend most of the day on your feet?

1) A teenager may develop flat feet, i.e. the shape of the arch of the foot changes. It becomes flat. 2) To prevent flat feet, it is useful to walk barefoot, swim, engage in outdoor games, wear shoes with low heels.
