Why is the Moon devoid of an atmosphere, and the atmosphere is detected on Saturn’s moon Titan, although the escape velocities on both satellites are almost the same (2.4 km / s on the Moon and 2.6 km / s on Titan)?

Titan’s surface temperature is about 70 – 120 K, which is much lower than the temperature of the lunar surface. At such a low temperature, only the lightest gases – hydrogen and helium – have thermal velocities sufficient to quickly escape into space. Titan’s atmosphere is made up of gases that are heavier than hydrogen and helium. The moon, on the other hand, could not keep an atmosphere of any gases around it.
